The university has launched a revised version of its Employee Self-Identification Survey. This revised survey will lead to a greater understanding of the university community and will provide an up-to-date picture of York’s workforce demographics.

The revised survey will be administered through HR Self-Serve. Employees will therefore be able to log into HR Self-Serve at any time, using their Employee Passport York account, to update their self-identification responses, in the same way they would update any of their other personal information in HR Self-Serve.

Employees will need to use their Employee Passport York account to log into HR Self-Serve.
