PeopleSoft HR Upgrade Completed - Cache clearing instructions

The PeopleSoft HCM system upgrade, which includes Employee Self Service & Manager Self Service (TRT), has been completed. New features include a full slate of tiles for Employee Self Service and extended mobile functionality.

All users are advised to clear their browser cache. Hit ‘CTL’ and ‘F5’ simultaneously as soon as you connect to the browser.

Log in to HR Self Service and review the top right icons on the starting page. If showing three stacked dots, the cache was cleared and you may proceed. If three stacked lines are displayed, you must follow the detailed instructions to clear cache. These are outlined on pages 328 to 335 of the “HR Self Serve Training Manual” or in the "Getting Started" section of the Job Aids on the HR Support Resource page.
